Here is one of best quote describing about what we ought to say.
Learning to think first about the meaning of it before we spit it out which should be encouraging, benefited rather than destructive to other.
First learn the meaning of what you say, and then speak.
Epictetus was a Greek Stoic philosopher. He was born a slave at Hierapolis, Phrygia and lived in Rome until his banishment, when he went to Nicopolis in northwestern Greece for the rest of his life. His teachings were written down and published by his pupil Arrian in his Discourses and Enchiridion.
Here is a brilliant quote from Carl Jung that explains why so many of us are feeling lonely today.
Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.
I can see why people are looking for acknowledgement or approval from other people. We are wired that way.
Language form a basic communication between two or more. Idea and thought can be passed through if we all are open to listen to one another humbly.
Mature in our thought simply but listening to others people perspectives without any judgement or conclusion from our side.
Or we simply live a facade that makes us feel isolated.
Jung was also an artist, craftsman and builder as well as a prolific writer. Many of his works were not published until after his death and some are still awaiting publication.
Jung’s work was influential in the fields of psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, and religious studies.
He is 3 years old now. He grows so fast.
It is a prayer text for the morning.
I found this prayer is really good and refreshing for the beginning of the day.
Complied by Mark Water, A prayer a day. 365 prayers – on for every day of the year.
For this new morning and its light,
For rest and shelter of the night,
For health and food, for love and friends,
For every gift your goodness sends,
We thank you, Lord.
Have you ever heard of Noam Chomsky? If not, you might be surprised to hear that he is one of the most quoted scholars in history. The NY times also described him as the “top intellectual alive”.
Considering his groundbreaking theories on linguistic psychology and politics, why haven’t the majority of the American population heard of him?
The answer is simple. He goes against mainstream thought and has frequently criticized the actions of the US government and mainstream media.
As most of us consume our information through mainstream media, it’s easy to see why he isn’t as popular as he should be.
On Creating a Better Future
Optimism is a strategy for making a better future.
Because unless you believe that the future can be better, it’s unlikely you will step up and take responsibility for making it so.
If you assume that there’s no hope, you guarantee that there will be no hope.
If you assume that there is an instinct for freedom, there are opportunities to change things, there’s a chance you may contribute to making a better world.
The choice is yours.
by Noam Chomsky
You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.
True power is sitting back and observing things with logic.
True power is restraint.
If words control you that means everyone else can control you.
Breathe and allow things to pass.

Every year, we have a verse that we hold on in Faith. A Hope that will guide us through out the year and be fruitful in the process walking in Him.
This year our family verse will be this
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid
John 14:27 (ESV)
Be fearless and peaceful at the same time.
God gives assurance to us, what He gives is not the same with the world gives.
World give will always changing, depend on which power is the strongest, that mark the things that we can not have faith of, assured and even confirmed what we will get, it will just the empty compliments.
